1. What these terms cover

These terms apply when you use the Call2Kitchen AI Ordering Agent to interact with a participating restaurant through Facebook Messenger, Instagram direct messages, or the restaurant’s website chat. You can stop using the assistant and contact the restaurant directly at any time.

2. Reviewing and confirming an order

  • The assistant helps you choose items from the restaurant’s menu and presents a summary for you to review. It submits the order to the restaurant after you confirm.
  • Before confirming, review the restaurant location, items, quantities, pickup or delivery details, and the total, including any fees shown.
  • If the conversation ends without an order confirmation and you are unsure whether the order went through, check with the restaurant before ordering again.

3. The restaurant handles your purchase

You purchase your food from the restaurant. The restaurant sets its menu, availability, prices, taxes, fees, hours and service areas. It is responsible for preparing and fulfilling your order, including any delivery it arranges. Contact the restaurant directly about ingredients or allergens, changes, cancellations, refunds or complaints about an order.

4. Payments

The restaurant determines which payment methods are available. If you choose online payment, complete it on the payment provider’s checkout page. Keep payment card numbers, passwords and verification codes out of the chat.

5. Use of the assistant

  • Use the assistant to place or follow up on an order you are authorized to make. Provide accurate information needed to fulfill it.
  • Use the service lawfully. Avoid abusive messages, unauthorized access, attempts to overload the service and attempts to bypass usage limits.
  • We may apply message limits and restrict access in response to misuse.

6. Artificial intelligence

The assistant uses artificial intelligence to interpret and answer messages. It can misunderstand a request or give an incorrect response. Ask for a correction before confirming if the order summary differs from what you intended. Contact the restaurant directly if you need to verify menu information or order details.

7. Messaging platforms, privacy and data deletion

Meta’s terms also apply when you use Facebook Messenger or Instagram. The information you provide to place an order may be shared with the restaurant so it can fulfill your order. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and why. To request deletion, follow our Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Availability depends on the restaurant, its ordering system and the channel you use. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service. If you cannot complete an order through the assistant, contact the restaurant directly.

9. Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Call2Kitchen is not responsible for the restaurant’s goods, services, prices, delivery times or conduct, and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the assistant. Nothing in these terms limits any right that the law gives you and that cannot be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The date at the top shows when the terms were last updated.

11. Contact
